How to shop on OAMC.com
To see all the details of an article, click on the picture to open the product page, where you will find more images and details about that item.
When you have made your choice, select your size from the product page and click on "add to cart". Please note it is not possible to add a product to the cart without selecting the size.
To proceed with your order, click on the cart in the upper right corner of the screen, and then on "Checkout".
Enjoy 10% off on your first order. The offer is valid for a limited time and is applied to all items, excluding the ones tagged as “ICONS” in the product page.

Checking the status of an order
If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email once your order is shipped with a link to track your shipment.
Cancelling or amending an order
To return your order, please read the instructions in the Returns section of the FAQ and contact our Customer Care Team.
My order has been declined
If all the information is correct, please contact your credit card issuer and then, if necessary, inform our Customer Care Team.
Invoicing
In case you need an invoice for tax purposes, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the invoicing details or issue a new invoice that is different to that already issued.

How to create an account
You can also register at the Checkout, before making a purchase. The data entered at the Checkout will then be saved to your account.
Changing your account details
Resetting your password
Enter the email address that you used to register to receive the required information via email. The email might take a couple of minutes to reach your account.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment methods
All your purchases are made with complete security using state-of-the-art e-commerce technological systems and coding systems (SSL) to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and credit card information.
Payment charges
Payment usually occurs in two stages:
- authorization: the customer's payment details are verified and the transaction is approved;
- acquisition: the reserved amount is transferred from the customer’s account to the OAMC/Drop S.r.l.
As a default setting, payments are processed immediately after authorization.
Only products shipped will be charged.
The payment will be shown on your bank statement as Drop S.r.l., our merchant of record.

Refunds
The amount will be refunded through our payment gateway upon receiving the return confirmation email and will take up to 7 working days to process. The time it takes to restore the credit to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where we ship to
You can choose your shipping country by clicking on the bottom right–hand corner of the website, or during checkout.
The order must be made directly from the website of the country to which it will be delivered. If you select another shipping country your shopping bag may be modified or emptied.
OAMC is available on Beyond App by BorderX Lab for delivery to China.
Shipping times and costs
Shipping is made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to all EU countries and Japan, United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, and Switzerland, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and duties and import taxes may apply. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday and sales periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends. An extra working day, considering the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has shipped.
Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO BOX or military base addresses.
Signature on delivery
If the parcel is not delivered on the first attempt, the courier will make two further attempts to deliver it. If all three attempts fail, the parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse.
Please note that the courier may ask the person who collects the package to present a valid identity document.
Tracking your shipment
If you are a registered user, you can find the status of your order and the tracking number under Order Status in your Account area.
Returns
A return request can be submitted by filling the Return Form in the Returns section of our website.
Returns must be shipped using the pre-paid return label provided by OAMC upon filling the Return Form.
Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
The return cost and eventual customs duties will be applied to all returns.
For your convenience, the return costs and customs duties, wherever due, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The customs duties will be applied to all returns from non-EU countries excluding Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan and the United States.

Return instructions
It is not possible to return customized items and publications. This does not affect the customer’s rights according to the law.
2. Submit the return request by filling in the Return Form, in order to activate the return and refund process. You will receive a pre-paid return label and a proforma.
3. Package the items you wish to return, preferably in their original box, and make sure that it's properly sealed.
4. Attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of the box. Please make sure that no other shipping labels are visible on the outside of the box.
5. The courier will pick up the item in the next 3 working days from 9 to 5.30 pm. If the timing doesn't suit you, plese call the courier to reschedule it or contact our Customer Care.
6. Your refund will be issued as soon as the return has been received and checked by our warehouse.
OAMC reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been communicated or shipped within the returns time limit, or if they are not in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (see point 1). If you want the product back, the shipping costs won't be covered by OAMC.
If you decide to return your order without using the label supplied by OAMC, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. In this case, we advise you to entrust the return shipping to a secure courier and retain the receipt as proof of shipping.
Exchanges
You may submit a return request within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. To proceed with the return request please refer to the Return Instructions or contact our Customer Care Team.

All products on OAMC.com are Italian and European sizes.
All OAMC x adidas Originals sneakers are UK sizes.

Authenticity
OAMC sells its merchandise exclusively at OAMC.com and through authorised retailers and their websites.
OAMC does not sell its merchandise through individuals, street vendors, unauthorised retail locations or unauthorised websites.
The only way to ensure that the items you purchase are authentic and safe is by purchasing them at OAMC.com or from our authorized distribution network. The complete list of authorised retailers can be found in the Stockist page.
Please contact our Customer Care Team to report counterfeiters and unauthorised distributors of OAMC merchandise.
